Warranty - Grin BIOCH-50 Bedienungsanleitung

For the product warranty, reference is made to the European regulation 99/44 and its
implementation in Italy.
In order to benefit from the contractual warranty provided by the Manufacturer, the operator
must scrupulously observe the precautions indicated in the Use and Maintenance Manual, and
in particular:
- Respect the limits of use set by GRIN s.r.l.;
- Do not make any changes or variations to the machine without the express written
approval of GRIN s.r.l.;
- Always carry out all prescribed maintenance work;
- Always use original spare parts;
- Ensure that the personnel operating the vehicle have the necessary skills and training
requirements;
The contractual warranty does not apply if the above-mentioned conditions are not fulfilled,
even partially.
The warranty does not apply to possible defects that may result from improper use and shall
be voided in its entirety in the event of repairs, modifications or any other type of intervention
not carried out by GRIN s.r.l. or one of its authorised dealers.
The use of spare parts not approved by the Manufacturer invalidates any warranty and
releases the Manufacturer or the Dealer from any liability for malfunctions or accidents.
The removal or modification of guards and protections releases the manufacturer from any
liability for damage caused to property and/or persons.
The warranty does not cover parts subject to wear and tear such as (indicative and non-
exhaustive list): knives, belts, etc.
The engine warranty is managed and recognised by the engine manufacturer's service
network.
