6. Connect the two test probes to the component that you want to measure. Pay
attention to the polarity if measuring electrolytic capacitors.
7. Wait for the measured value to stabilize.

The display shows the measured value.

The display shows "OL" if the measured value exceeds the max. permiss-
ible value.
8. Remove the test probes from the measured object.

9.7 Testing for continuity

In continuity mode, you can test for continuity and measure the resistance of an
electric circuit at the same time. For resistance values below or equal to 50 Ω, the
multimeter will beep to indicate continuity. The continuity test measures resist-
ances of up to 600 Ω.
NOTICE
Voltage-carrying components can damage the multimeter
● Disconnect components from power supply
● Discharge components before measuring/testing
Important:
Keep the measuring points and the test probes clean free from dirt, oil, solder
and other impurities to ensure accurate results.
