To substitute the burner nozzle, first of all the pan support grill (1), the gas ring (2), the burner unit
(3) and the drip pan (4) must be removed. After clearing the work area, unscrew the nozzle (5) from
the nozzle holder (6), situated underneath the Venturi tube (7) with a spanner and substitute it with
the nozzle suitable for the type of gas to be used, shown
in table 2-11. Put back the nozzle, tightening it well and proceed to regulate the primary air, as
indicated in the next paragraph.
When all this has been done, put back the parts removed previously.
Regulating the primary air of the burner (Fig. 20-pag.8)
After having substituted the burner nozzle, the primary air must be regulated; to do this, loosen the
screw (8) which fixes the steel (9), bring value X to the correct measurement, referring to table 2-
11, tighten the screw (8) and check the accuracy of value X.
Substituting the By-Pass (Fig. 21, 22-pag.8)
To substitute the by-pass, firstly the knobs must be removed (1) and then the control panel (2).
When the work area is clean, unscrew the by-pass (3) with a screwdriver and substitute it with the
by-pass suitable for the type of gas to be used, shown in table 2-11. Reassemble the by-pass and
tighten it well. Put back the control panel and the knobs.
Substituting the pilot burner nozzle (Fig. 23-pag.9)
To substitute the nozzle of the pilot burner, the pan support grill, the gas ring, the burner unit and
the drip pan must be removed, as shown in figure 11. After having cleared the work area, unscrew
the cap (1) with a spanner, unscrew the nozzle with a screwdriver (2) and substitute it with the
nozzle suitable for the type of gas to be used, shown in the table 2-11. Put back the nozzle and
tighten fully. Put the cap back (1) and tighten well. Put back all the parts removed previously.
Oven
Substituting the burner nozzle (Figg. 24, 25-pag.9)
To substitute the burner nozzle the front panel (1) below the oven door must be removed. After
having cleared the work area, the screw which blocks the regulation of primary air (3) must be
loosened and opened completely. With another spanner, the nozzle (5) situated in the nozzle holder
(4) must be unscrewed and substituted with the nozzle suitable for the type of gas to be used, shown
in table 2-11. After having assembled the new nozzle and tighten it well, it is possible to proceed
with regulating the primary air, as indicated in the next paragraph. When all this has been done, put
back the front panel.
Regulating the primary air of the burner (Fig. 26-pag.9)
After substituting the burner nozzle, the primary air must be regulated: loosen the screw (2), bring
the distance of the bush (3) from the burner stirrup (6) to the correct measurement (value x),
referring to table 2-11, tighten the screw (2) and check the accuracy of the measurement.
Substituting the by-pass (Fig. 27-pag.9)
To substitute the by-pass, the knob (1) and the control panel of the oven (2) must be removed. After
having cleaned the work area, unscrew the by-pass (3), situated in the cock (4), with a screwdriver,
