Basic instructions

The Wheel Lift is intended exclusively for picking up and lifting vehicles to working height and is to be used
only for this intended purpose. Other uses are expressly not permitted. These include:
The transport of persons
Use as scaffolding
Use for pressing or crushing objects
The use as a freight elevator
The use in car washes and paint shops
Only persons who have reached the age of 18, who have been instructed in the operation of the machine
and who have demonstrated to the employer that they are competent to do so may operate the machine
independently.
They must be expressly authorized by the employer to operate the machine. The order to operate the
machine must be given in writing.
The machine may only be used for its intended purpose.
Always use materials that comply with the regulations for assembly and operation.
Before assembly or disassembly, check all components; they must not show any signs of damage.
If necessary, follow the manufacturer's special instructions for the assembly or disassembly of vehicle-
specific work.
An important part of the guarantee / warranty is the fulfillment of the maintenance schedule. In particular
the cleanliness, corrosion protection, control if necessary immediate repair of damage.
During operation you should always watch out for hazards. As soon as hazards occur, immediately switch
off the machine, remove the power plug and disconnect the air supply. Then contact your dealer.
All warning signs must always be clearly legible. If damaged, they must be replaced immediately.
During operation, noise can reach 85dB (A), therefore the operator should take appropriate
protective measures.
Moving parts of the machine can catch loose clothing, long hair or jewelry.

Operation of the wheel gripper

Positioning for lifting wheels
Make sure that all tires are in good condition and rest securely on the lifting forks.
Otherwise, a special adapter will be needed.
