Final checks

During this procedure, observe all operating parts and check for proper installation and
adjustment.
No vehicle should be lifted until a thorough operational check has been completed.

General Checks

Verify that each column's mechanical safeties engage properly and can be fully unlocked
Check on the display that the height difference does not exceed 50 mm when fully raised/lowered for all
forks
Hydraulic system checks
Check that the oil level in the tank is correct and top up with oil if necessary
Raise the fork to full height and run the engine for 5 seconds
Check all hose connections for leaks
Check the height limit switch
Check that the power unit stops working when the fork is raised to the maximum height
Check that the height value shown on the display is reset to "0" or similar, (but not minus) when the fork
is fully lowered, otherwise recalibration is required
Check that the wheel gripper is securely in place, otherwise errors may occur with the unit
