Symptoms
Some wheel grippers work, others
do not

Cause
Some wheel grippers are not
online/grouped
Too little oil in the hydraulic unit
The Lift button is defective
The lowering valve does not close Check and clean if dirty, replace if
The emergency lowering valve
drain screw does not close
The filter of the suction pump is
dirty
The cables of the lift button are
not connected
The detents are not opened
The lowering valve does not work Check whether the wheel gripper is
The lowering key is defective
The cables of the lowering key are
not connected
The fork is lifted from the lowest
position
The reset switch is not set
correctly or is defective
The cable to the height sensor is
disconnected or loose

Solution
Check the grouping/connection
Fill more hydraulic oil
Check the button and replace it if
necessary.

Tighten the screw again
Check and clean if necessary
Check and reconnect
Check if the electrical cables to
the electromagnet have loosened.
Tighten them again if necessary.
