Description and installation

The OASE Easy Control enables a PC to send a DMX-Universe via the USB interface. The required
drivers for Windows XP as well as Windows Vista, Windows 7 are loaded on the installation CD.
Installation
The driver must be installed prior to you being able to access the interface. When the driver is installed,
the interface will be automatically detected when connected.
General rule: Restart your computer and wait until Windows is completely loaded. Plug in the USB
interface. It will be automatically detected by Windows. Please adhere to the installation instructions
given in chapter 2.
Easy Stand Alone mode
If there is no USB communication through the connected computer (e.g. because no program is loaded
and started), the interface will change to the STAND ALONE mode after a period of approx. 7 seconds,
and send the stored scenes. You can browse through the memory by using the FORWARD and
BACKWARD key. The interface can also run without a computer, this requiring, however, an external
power supply (stabilised 5V DC) through the Mini-USB connection.
