c) Network setup
When the device is switched on for the first time, or if you had previously reset it to the factory defaults, the
display (7) will ask whether the network should be set up after setting the language.
• Use the rotary knob (11) to select "YES" and press the rotary knob (11) to confirm.
• On the next screen, select "ADD/REMOVE AP" and confirm again as described above.
• There are 3 different ways to establish the network connection:
Option 1 - Login with the WPS button (easy option).

1. On the next screen, select "ADD (WPS BUTTON)" and confirm again as described above.
2. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your Wi-Fi router to establish the connection.
Option 2 - Login with smartphone and app

1. Download the "Esptouch" app from the iOS App Store or the Android Play Store onto your smartphone.
2. Connect your smartphone to the desired Wi-Fi network.
We recommend placing the device about 2 meters from the Wi-Fi router to ensure a good connection.
3. In the next screen, select "ADD (SMART CONFIG)" and press the rotary knob (11) to confirm.
4. Start the app on your smartphone.
5. The name of your Wi-Fi network (SSID) is displayed (1).
6. Enter the network key of your Wi-Fi router in the PASSWORD field (2).
7. Select MULTICAST (3).
