11. Cleaning and maintenance

Always observe the following safety instructions before cleaning or servicing the device:
Live components may be exposed when the housing is opened or components are removed. The device
must be disconnected from all power supplies before carrying out any servicing or repair work.
Capacitors inside the device may still carry a voltage when they have been disconnected from the power
supply.
Repair work must only be done by qualified technicians who are familiar with the potential hazards and the
relevant regulations.
Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could damage the
housing or even impair the functioning of the product.
• Always disconnect the product from the USB adapter before cleaning it.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
