You see the media server you want to play music from in the list, but you cannot find any

folders.
• If there is a firewall running on the media server, check if it might be blocking access to the folders. You can briefly
deactivate the firewall for a quick test.
You cannot share folders because the feature is not displayed

• Enable file sharing in your system.
The device has to buffer the selected station again and again and playback stalls

• The radio streams Internet radio stations over a broadband connection. If your Internet bandwidth is too low or
other users are downloading large amounts of data, playback may be intermittent.
• Try setting the buffer time for the buffer higher in the settings menu.
In this case, buffering means that the device first downloads a small part of the stream from the Internet,
stores it, and only then starts playback. This normally ensures that audio data are played without interrup-
tion.
• Check your Internet connection and try switching to another station.
FM or DAB radio reception is disturbed or not possible

• Extend the antenna (1) to its full length or reorient it.
• Try relocating the device (as close to a window as possible).
• Check if DAB broadcasting is generally available in your area.
Any repair work other than that described above must be carried out by an authorised technician.
