Beware of fatal electric shock.
• It is the job of a competent and competent person to carry out
the connection in with the regulations, guidelines and technical
data of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion applicable in the count-
ry of installation;
• Before starting work of any kind, make sure that the power
supply to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion is interrupted (e.g.
pull out the mains plug) and secure it against unauthorized or
unintentional restart;
• Make sure that the Conel Flow Rain-Champion cannot be
put into operation unauthorized or unintentionally during
installation;
Before starting any work, make sure that
• the power supply has been interrupted and is secured against
unauthorized or unintentional switching on;
• the Conel Flow Rain-Champion cannot be put into operation
unauthorized or unintentionally during installation;
Risk of injury from cuts and crush injuries
• Use only suitable installation material and tools;
• Provide anchoring of the pipes (pipe clamps) so that no mecha-
nical loads are transferred to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion;
• Make sure that all piping has been installed correctly and
professionally;
• Avoid leaks at the connection and in the entire pipeline system.
ATTENTION:
• All commissioning activities may only be carried out by specialist and compe-
tent personnel who have been adequately informed by carefully studying the
operating instructions.
• Expel unauthorized persons (especially children and adolescents) and animals
out of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion work area.
Avoiding damage to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion
• Make sure that the Conel Flow Rain-Champion is properly and pro-
fessionally connected to the pipe system;
• Fill the pump housing with water;
• Vent the pressure line and the entire pipeline system to avoid water
hammer.
Avoidance of personal injury from electric shock and material damage to
the Conel Flow Rain-Champion.
• Only connect to the mains when the Conel Flow Rain-Champion is
completely hydraulically connected to the pipeline network;
• Protect electrical and mechanical sources of danger from unauthori-
zed access;
• Expel unauthorized persons (especially children and adolescents) and
animals out of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion work area.
