Anwendung
Diese Leitung findet Verwendung als Anschlussleitung
für die Versorgung und gleichzeitiger Steuerung von
Motoren, besonders in Schleppketten und an Robotern.
Die doppelte Abschirmung der Paare und die Gesamt-
abschirmung sichert eine hervorragende EMV-Eigen-
schaft. Der kerbzähe und adhäsionsfreie PUR-Außen-
mantel zeichnet sich durch sehr gute Ölbeständigkeit,
gute Chemische- und Witterungsbeständigkeit aus und
gewährleistet eine hohe Standzeit mit ca. 2 Mio. Biege-
wechselzyklen.

• Litzenaufbau nach VDE 0295 Klasse 6 Aderisolation:

Application
These cables are used as connecting cables for power
supply and, at the same time, as motor control cables.
Primarily used on drag chains and robots. Double
screening of individual pairs and overall screening
provide excellent electromagnetic compatibility. The
PUR outer sheath is characterised by its high impact
strength, adhesion resistance, resistance to oil, fastness
to weathering and resistance to chemical influences and
thus ensures a long service life of the cable with approx.
2 million bending cycles.

• Stranded bare conductor made of Cu extra-fine
wire
• Strand structure according to VDE 0295, class 6
TPE-insulated cores
• Core marking:
• Power cores: black with printed number coding 1-3
• Protective conductor: green-yellow
