1.3 Adjustment of Output Voltage Parameters
The electronic controller serves to adjust the output voltage. The engine is equipped with an automatic controller ensuring constant rotational frequency of the engine to an accuracy +5 % till maximum
load. The maximum output voltage of the generator with no load is not more than 250 V. With the nominal load the output voltage is not less than 207 V.
Attention: Power consumers that cannot allow the specified maximum and minimum voltages may be damaged!
1.4 Basic Equipment
All basic models of electric power generating units are equipped with an electric starter and output terminals for the connection of load. The engine and generator assembly is secured to the frame via
antivibration mounts. All units have switch boxes housing all electric components, output terminals, etc.
1.5 Accessories
The electric power generator set has no accessories supplied together with the basic delivery set.

Electrical components
Attention: Only a qualified electrician is allowed to perform any works with the electrical equipment. Access to the switch gear for other persons is not allowed. After the performance of any repair works
it is necessary to check that operation if the electric power generator set is safe as per VDE 0701. In particular, it is necessary to check resistance of the potential balancing circuit (< 0.3 Ohm), as well
as to check functioning of all available protective devices.
4.
Electrical Connections and Protective Measures

4.1 Electrical Connections

Autonomous electric power generating units are designed to supply electric power to separate consumers (IT networks). The zero conductor is connected with the device body and with the protective
conductor through a resistor of 3.9 kilohms. The consumers are connected exclusively to the output terminals of the switch boxes of the electric power generating unit. The electrician should envisage
installation of corresponding protective devices in the output circuits of the electric power generator set. If extension wires are to be used their total resistance should not exceed 1.5 ohm. If several wires
are used their total resistance should not exceed exceed 1.5 ohm. Flexible cables of type H07RN-F according to Section 810 of standard DIN 57282 meet minimum requirements to connecting wires.
If a mobile electric power generating unit is operated in networks of other types (not IT-networks), then corresponding protective devices should be provided. Designing and installation of such devices, as
well as any works inside the switch box, should be performed only by a qualified electrician. He is also responsible for the installation of corresponding protective devices. All local regulations should be
met, and, if necessary, permits of the energy supplying organization should be obtained.
