STORAGE
Store the product and its accessories in a
dark, dry and frost-free place, out of the reach
of children. The best storage temperature is
5 to 30°C. Store the product in the original
packaging.
REPAIRS
The product does not have any parts that can
be repaired by the user. Never attempt to repair
the product yourself – risk of electric shock.
Repairs must be carried out by an authorised
electrician or authorised service centre.
Power cord
A damaged power cord must be replaced by
an authorised service centre, or other qualified
personnel, to ensure safe use. The insulation
on cords is easily damaged as a result of:
– pinch damage if power cords are
drawn through gaps in windows or
doors
– twisting as a result of incorrect
fastening or routing of power cords
– cutting as a result of driving over the
power cord
– damage to the insulation as a result
of pulling the power cord from the
power point
– cracking because the insulation is
old.
Power cords with the above mentioned faults
must not be used. Regularly check that power
cords are not damaged. Make sure that the
power cord is not plugged into the power point
when checking. Power cords must comply with
the requirements in the current VDE and DIN
regulations and be marked H07RN.
