Starting the VRD function (VRD indicator Safety

allows to reduce the idling voltage to a user-
safe value when the device is ready for welding.
After commencing welding, the idling voltage
automatically grows to the nominal value, and after
finishing welding it drops back to the safe value

CONNECTING LEADS
MIG / MAG WELDING MODE
1.
Connect the ground cable to the minus "-" socket
2.
Connect the power cord and turn on the power.
Select the MIG welding with the welding mode
button (the MIG welding mode lamp will light up).
3.
Insert a properly selected welding wire and connect
the gas cylinder to the back of the device.
4.
Connect the MIG / MAG cable to the EURO socket.
5.
Depending on the MIG or FLUX welding mode, pay
attention to the polarity of the wires according to
the polarization diagrams shown above. WARNING!
When changing polarity, disconnect the welding
machine from the power supply!
6.
After connecting the ground wire to the workpiece,
work can begin.
FLUX
1.
Connect the ground wire to the "+" socket and
change the polarity inside the device on the EURO
connector. WARNING! When changing polarity,
disconnect the welding machine from the power
supply!
2.
Connect the power cord and turn on the power.
Select the MIG welding with the welding mode
button (the MIG welding mode lamp will light up).
3.
Insert a properly selected welding wire and connect
the gas cylinder to the back of the device.
4.
Connect the MIG / MAG cable to the EURO socket.
5.
After connecting the ground cable to the workpiece
the welding can be started.
MMA WELDING MODE
1.
Connect the return lead to the socket marked with
„+", and tighten the locking nut.
2.
Then connect the welding lead to the correct socket,
marked with the „–" sign and tighten the locking nut.
WARNING! Polarization of the leads may be different!
All polarisation information should be shown on the
packaging supplied by the electrode manufacturer!
3.
Now you can connect the power lead and turn the
power on / Use welding mode selection button to
select MMA welding mode (MMA welding mode
light will come on), once the return lead is connected
to the welded element, you can start working.
TIG WELDING MODE
1.
Connect the return lead to the socket marked with
„+", and tighten the locking nut.
2.
Then connect the TIG welding lead to the socket
marked with the „–" sign, connect the TIG welding
control lead and tighten the locking nut. Connect

the gas lead directly to the gas canister. Gas flow is
adjusted using the knob on the welding torch.
3.
Now you can connect the power lead and turn the
power on / Use welding mode selection button to
select Lift TIG welding mode (LIFTTIG welding mode
light will come on), once the return lead is connected
to the welded element, you can start working.
5.1 ERROR MESSAGES:
Overcurrent protection does not work, the device
must be restarted.
Overheat protection. Let the device cool down (fan
running) before work is continued.
Wire feeder error. Check the wire feed system, e.g.
for blocked wire, excessive resistance in the torch
feeder tube, etc. It's best to check by elimination
starting from the gun nozzle.
6. DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
The various items used for packaging (cardboard, plastic
straps, polyurethane foam) should be kept, so that the
device can be sent back to the service centre in the best
possible condition in case of any problems!
7. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device
should be prevented when it is transported. Store it in a
properly ventilated surrounding with dry air and without
any corrosive gas.
8. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the device before cleaning it and
when the device is not in use.
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean
surface.
Dry all parts well before the device is used again.
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture
and direct exposure to sunlight
9. CHECK REGULARLY THE DEVICE
Check regularly that the device doesn ́t present any
damage. If there is any damage, please stop using the
device. Please contact your customer service to solve the
problem. What to do in case of a problem? Please contact
your customer service and prepare following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be
found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or
defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to
determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter.
The more detailed your information, the better the
customer service will be able to answer your problem
rapidly and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization
of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of warranty!
