3. Pull the motor protection fil-
ter (34) out of the holder (35)
and tap it out over a waste bin.
4. If very dirty, clean the motor
protection filter (34) under
warm running water.
Squeeze the water out of the
motor protection filter careful-
ly (34) – do not wring it out!
5. Let the motor protection fil-
ter (34) dry completely.
6. Insert the motor protection fil-
ter (34) back into the vacuum
cleaner in reverse order.
7. Reinsert the dust bin (4) into
the vacuum cleaner.

■ Before changing or clean-
ing the hygiene fi lter, al-
ways pull the mains plug
out of the socket.
NOTICE

Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may result in damage.
■ Only use the appliance with
the fi lters installed.
■ Never wash the hygiene fi l-
ter in a washing machine.
■ Never dry hygiene fi lters on
a heater or with a hairdryer
or tumble dryer, etc. It will
become porous and can be
damaged.
■ Let the hygiene fi lter air-dry
only.
