Cleaning the coarse
dust filter
The coarse dust filter (40) is inside
the dust bin lid (2).
1. Pull the mains plug (13) out of
the socket.

2. Press the unlocking but-
ton (15) for the dust bin (4) and
lift the dust bin (4) upwards by
the carrying handle (1) to re-
move it from the appliance.
3. Remove the dust bin lid (2)
as described in the section
"Emptying the dust bin" (see
"Emptying the dust bin" on
page EN-19).
4. Remove the coarse dust fil-
ter (40) from the dust bin (4) by
the carrying handle (1).
5. Carefully tap residual dust
from the coarse dust filter (40)
over a waste bin.
6. Place the coarse dust filter (40)
back on the dust bin (4) and
screw it tight.
7. Reinsert the dust bin (4) into
the vacuum cleaner.

the exhaust air filter
The exhaust air filter is behind the
vent (11).

1. Press the locking button (41)
on the cover (11) for the ex-
haust air filter and remove the
cover (11).
