Hilfsschalter kontrollieren

Die Lager des Hilfsschalters sind wartungsfrei. Zu un-
tersuchen sind die AMP-Stecker [1] auf Festsitz und
das Koppelgestänge [2] auf Verschleiß und Beschädi-
gung.

Sofern vom Hilfsschalter eine Leitung vom Hilfsschal-
terkontakt gezogen werden soll, ist am AMP-Stecker
die Federlasche [3] zu drücken. Bei AMP-Steckern mit
Isolierhülse [4] wird beim Ziehen an der Isolierhülse au-
tomatisch entriegelt.

7.9.2 Kontrolle der Dämpfer auf Dicht-
heit
Der Dämpfer-EIN und der Dämpfer-AUS ist durch
Sichtkontrolle auf Dichtheit zu überprüfen.
• In den Bereichen der unteren Dämpferbefestigungen
(im Bild gekennzeichnet) auf gelbliche Ölspuren ab-
suchen.

Hinweis
Sofern an den angegebenen Stellen gelbliche
Ölspuren festgestellt werden, ist die zuständi-
ge Siemens-Vertretung zu informieren und
Fachpersonal anzufordern.

7.9.1 Check auxiliary switches
The bearings of the auxiliary switches are maintenance
free. Check that the AMP plugs [1] are seated properly
and check the coupling rods [2] for wear and damage.

If a line is to be laid from the auxiliary switch from the
auxiliary switch contact, press the spring tab [3] on the
AMP plug. In the case of AMP plugs with insulating
sleeves [4], simply pull the insulating sleeve to disen-
gage the plug.

7.9.2 Checking the dampers for leakage
Carry out visual inspection of exterior of damper for
closing and damper for opening for leakage.
• Check the area of the lower damper attachment
(marked in illustration) for traces of yellowish oil.

If traces of yellowish oil are found in these
places, inform the appropriate Siemens office
and request the help of expert personnel.
