Explanation
The disc motor was overloaded and
therefore overheated.
The sample motor was overloaded
and therefore overheated.
Water hose blocked or too much
swarf in coolant.
Supply voltage insufficient.
It has not been possible to
grind/polish the samples to the
expected level within 15 minutes.
It was not possible to move the
sample holder upwards after
finishing a process.
It is not possible to reach the
selected force.
Missing or incomplete air supply.
Stock removal sensor has not been
installed or has not been calibrated.
Action
Wait till the motor has cooled off
and reduce the force before
restarting the process.
