6. Functional description
After the correct input, the new password can
be set. If the numerical entry has been com‑
pleted with the PUSH‑function, a note is dis‑
played indicating that the password lock is acti‑
vated.
The purpose of this note is to once more indi‑
cate the significance of this function to the oper‑
ator. If the function is canceled, the previous
state is maintained.
If the operator continues the dialog [>>>], the
password must be repeated for activation.
If the password has been repeated correctly,
the station is protected by the code. If the code
has been entered incorrectly, a note is dis‑
played and the previous state is maintained.
The "KEY‑symbol" a signals the operator that
the station is protected.

Funktionsbeschreibung
Nach der korrekten Eingabe kann nun das neue
Passwort eingestellt werden. Wird die Zahlen‑
eingabe über die PUSH‑Funktion abgeschlos‑
sen, erscheint der Hinweis, dass der Passwort‑
schutz aktiviert wird.
Mit diesem Hinweis soll dem Bediener die
Bedeutung dieser Funktion nochmals deutlich
gemacht werden. Wird die Funktion abgebro‑
chen, bleibt der vorherige Zustand erhalten.
Setzt der Bediener den Dialog fort [>>>] muss
das Passwort zur Aktivierung nochmals wieder‑
holt werden.
Wurde das Passwort korrekt wiederholt, ist die
Station über den Code geschützt.Wurde der
Code falsch eingegeben, erscheint ein Hinweis
und der vorherige Zustand bleibt erhalten.
Am „KEY‑Symbol" a erkennt der Bediener,
dass die Station geschützt ist.
