Connecting external
dust extraction:
1. Open the four fasteners (9)
on the adapter for external
dust extraction (8).
2. Insert the rear part of the
adapter for external dust ex-
traction (8) into the recesses
on the sanding plate (4) and
hold it firmly.
3. Insert the front part of the
adapter for external dust ex-
traction (8) into the recesses
on the sanding plate (4).
4. Lock the four fasteners (9)
on the adapter for external
dust extraction (8).
Suitable dust extraction
must be used (e.g. a
workshop vacuum clea-
ner). Normal household
vacuum cleaners are not
intended for vacuuming
sanding material. This
information can be
found in the operating
instructions of the exter-
nal device.
5. Connect the suction tube
of a vacuum cleaner (not
included) to the adapter for
external dust extraction (8).
Make sure that the dust ext-
raction system is suitable for
the material to be cut.
You can use the adapter
for dust extraction (8)
with suction hoses with
a diameter of 35 mm
on all standard Parkside
vacuum cleaners.
Removing the external
dust extraction:
1. Disconnect the suction tube
from the adapter for external
dust extraction (8).
2. Open the four fasteners (9)
on the adapter for external
dust extraction (8).
3. Remove the front and rear
part of the adapter for exter-
nal dust extraction (8).
