Replacing the gear, inner motor mounting
更换减速器，电机安装在内侧

Getriebe einbauen:
Abfolge an beiden Seiten parallel
durchführen:
1 Neues Getriebe am Motor
anfl anschen. Die Nabe des neuen
Getriebes ist werkseitig gefettet.
2 Getriebemotor am Flansch
befestigen.
3 Sechskantwellenverbindung
zusammenstecken.
4 Kette im oberen Führungsprofi l
bis zum Antriebskopf vorziehen,
Gleitstück einsetzen.
Für den nächsten Montageschritt ist eine
weitere Hilfsperson oder Flaschenzug/
Kran o.ä. erforderlich!
5 Kompletten Antriebsstrang von
Hilfsperson oder mit Hebewerkzeug
über die Gehäuse der Antriebsköpfe
führen.
6 Kette jeweils auf linkes/rechtes
Antriebsrad aufl egen und das
Kettenende durch den Antriebskopf
nach unten zum Spannrad des
Kettenspanners herausführen.
7 Kompletten Antriebsstrang von
oben in Gehäuse einsetzen.
8 Kettenenden am Spannrad
zusammenführen und mit
Kettenschloss 3 842 530 417
verschließen.
9 Kettenspanner nach unten stellen.
10 Kette mit 2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette
(z. B. Structovis GHD von
Fa. Klüber) ölen.
11 Abdeckung Antriebskopf montieren.
12 Schutzkastenhälfte montieren.

Installing the gear:
Proceed in the following manner, parallel
for both sides:
1 Place new gear on motor fl ange.
The hub of the new gear has already
been greased in the factory.
2 Fix gear motor onto fl ange.
3 Fit hexagon shaft connection
together.
4 Pull chain up to drive head in upper
guide profi le, position sliding piece.
For the next stage of assembly an
extra auxiliary helper or hoist/crane is
required.
5 Use auxiliary helper or lifting tool to
guide complete drive train over the
enclosure of the drive heads.
6 Lay chain on right and left drive
wheels respectively and guide
the end of the chain down and
out through the drive head to the
tension wheel of the chain tensioner.
7 Lower complete drive train into
enclosure from above.
8 Bring ends of chain together at the
tension wheel and close with master
link 3 842 530 417.
9 Lower the chain tensioner.
10 Lubricate chain with 2...3g oil/m
chain (e. Structovis GHD by
Klüber).
11 Mount drive head covering.
12 Mount protective housing half.

安装减速器：
在两侧平行完成下述步骤：
将新减速器通过法兰装在电机上。

新减速器出厂时已经上好润滑脂。
将减速电机在法兰上固定。

将外六角轴连接组装在一起。

在上导向型材中将链条向前拉至驱

动单元，放入滑块。
对于接下来的安装步骤，要求另一个辅
助人员帮助或者使用滑轮/吊车等辅助
工具完成！
由辅助人员或者用起升工具将整个
5
驱动装置移动到驱动单元的壳体上
方。
将链条分别放置在左/右驱动轮
6
上，并且将链端通过驱动单元向下
拉到链张紧器的张紧轮上。
将整个驱动装置从上面放进壳体。
7
将两个链端引到张紧轮上，并用主
8
链节 3 842 530 417 将它们接在一
起。
将链张紧器移动到下位。
9
10 用大约 2 ... 3 g /每米的油量 (例
如：Klüber 公司的 Structovis GHD)
给链上油。
11 把防护盖板装在驱动单元上。
12 装上半边罩壳。
