EXCHANGEABLE GRILLING PLATES—SEPARATELY HEATED AND
DOUBLE-SIDED
The appliance provides two separately controlled heating elements. The double-
sided grilling plates, are equipped on both sides with a non-stick coating and can
be used with the flat side or fluted side upwards. Simply turn the desired surface
upwards, when installing the grilling plates. Therefore, you can get an even coo-
king result or the typical grilling marks via both grilling plates. Simultaneous grilling
of different types of food at quite different temperature settings without merging the
flavours (e.g. fish and sausage) is possible.
• The flat side is suited especially for meatballs and vegetable rissoles, waffles, and
food that easily falls to pieces (e.g. fish). You get a more even cooking result. In
contrast to a pan, surplus juices and fat run into the drip tray via the drain slits.
This way, you will get the typical consistency of grilled dishes.
