4.1 ANOMALIE
Prima di chiamare il servizio assistenza, leggere le seguenti informazioni.
Problema
Dall'unità esterna
- nebbia bianca e fredda e conden-
sa.
- si sentono dei sibili e altri rumori.
Dall'unità interna
- Si sente un unico sibilo.
- si sentono dei sibili e altri rumori.
- Fuoriesce un odore strano.
- L'indicatore di funzionamento lam-
peggia.
Quando si arresta si sente rumore,
fuoriesce condensa ed aria fred-
da.
- All'avvio si sente 'Ksha'.
Arresto del funzionamento auto-
matico.
- Nessun funzionamento
- Raffreddamento insufficiente
- Riscaldamento insufficiente
Se si riscontrano le anomalie sotto indicate, scollegare
immediatamente l'alimentazione elettrica. Quindi contattare il
rivenditore locale.
- L'attivazione ON/OFF non funziona.
- Il fusibile o la protezione perdite saltano spesso.
- Nell'unità è caduta dell'acqua o altro.
- Dopo aver controllato la protezione (P4) continua a non esserci
alcun tipo di funzionamento.
- Situazione abbastanza diversa rispetto ad altre unità interne o
alle condizioni normali.

Cause
- Il funzionamento del ventilatore si
arresta automaticamente per lo
sbrinamento. E' il suono di avvio e
partenza della valvola
elettromagnetica.
- All'inizio ed alla fine del
funzionamento, si sentono suoni
simili allo scorrere dell'acqua e
questi saranno più evidenti nei primi
2-3 minuti. E' il rumore del
refrigerante che scorre.
- Sibili ed altri rumori sono causati
dalla leggera flessione dello
scambiatore di calore quando la
temperatura cambia.
- All'unità si sono attaccati pezzi di
parete, tappeti, arredi, tessuti,
sigarette e cosmetici.
- Il collegamento all'alimentazione
elettrica dopo l'interruzione.
- Processi di riscaldamento di altri
dispositivi arrestano
raffreddamento.
- L'operatore imposta una diversa
modalità rispetto a quelle fisse di
raffreddamento e riscaldamento.
- Il refrigerante si muove
improvvisamente per evitare di
uscire nell'unità interna, provocando
dei rumori. Appare condensa o aria
fredda quando l'unità interna sta
riscaldando o raffreddando.
- Il rumore della valvola di
espansione quando viene attivata
l'alimentazione elettrica.
Se il timer ha raggiunto l'orario
impostato.
- Se non c'è alimentazione elettrica.
- Se il fusibile è saltato.
- Se si attiva il dispositivo di
protezione (l'indicatore di
funzionamento si accende).
- Se il timer è all'orario impostato.
- Se si attivano
c o n t e m p o r a n e a m e n t e
riscaldamento e raffreddamento.
- Se l'ingresso o l'uscita aria dell'unità
esterna è bloccata.
- Se porte e finestre sono aperte.
- Se il filtro della polvere è sporco.
- Se le feritoie dell'aria sono nella
posizione corretta.
- Se la velocità del ventilatore viene
ridotta oppure se è attiva la modalità
VENTILAZIONE.
- Se la temperatura impostata è
corretta.

Problem

When it stops there is a noise and

- 'Ksha' can be heard when starting.

Automatic operation stops
- No operation
- Insufficient cooling
- Insufficient heating
If the anomalies listed below occur, disconnect the electrical power
supply immediately. Then contact the local dealer.
- ON/OFF activation does not function.
- The fuse or safety device is tripped frequently.
- Water or something else has fallen into the unit.
- After checking the safety device (P4) there is still no sign of
operation.
- Different situation respect to the other indoor units or normal
conditions.

Causes
- Fan operation stops automatically
for the defrosting. It is the sound of
the electromagnetic valve starting.
- At the operating start and stop there
is a sound like water flowing which
comes more evident in the first 2-3
minutes. It is the noise of the coolant
flowing.
- Slight hisses and other noises are
caused by a slight flexing of the
heat exchanger when
temperature changes.
- Pieces of the wall, carpet, furniture,
cloth, cigarette and cosmetics stick
to the unit.
- The connection to the power supply
after an interruption.
- The heating of other devices stops
the cooling operation.
- The operator sets a different mode
from those fixed of cooling and
heating.
- The coolant suddenly moves to
avoid overflowing in the indoor unit,
making some noises. Condensation
or cold air appears when the indoor
unit is heating up or cooling down.
- The sound of the expansion valve
when the power supply is activated.
If the timer has reached the set
time.
- If there is no electrical power
- If the fuse is blown.
- If the safety device is activated
(the operation indicator lights up).
- If the timer is on the set time.
- If cooling and heating activate
simultaneously.
- If the air inlet or outlet of the outdoor
unit is blocked.
- If doors and windows are open.
- If the dust filter is dirty.
- If the air slats are in the correct
position.
- If the fan speed is reduced or if the
VENTILATION mode is activated.
- If the temperature setting is correct.
