Is the device switched on?
Is the plug not inserted in the mains socket correctly?
Insert the plug correctly.
Is the mains socket defective? Try another mains
socket.
Check the fuse of your mains connection.
Is the exhaust air valve in the handle or the turbo valve
open? Close it.
Has the MAX mark in the dust container been
exceeded? Empty the dust container.
Is one of the filters heavily soiled? Clean it.
Is the nozzle, the telescopic tube or the suction hose
clogged? Pull out the mains plug and clear the clogging.
Is the dust container not closed correctly and / or not
(correctly) inserted into the device? Correct this.
An unusual odour is normal when the device is used
for the first time; it disappears after a while.
