The built-in niche and
ventilation
The built-in niche must meet various
requirements.
– The built-in niche may not have a back
wall and must have
dimensions:
– Height (H) min. 880 mm
– Width (W) min. 560 mm
– Depth (D) min. 550 mm
– The built-in niche must be located in the
vicinity of a properly installed protective
contact socket so that the length of the
power cable of approx. 1,520 mm is
adequate to connect the appliance to the
power supply.
– In order to ensure sufficient refrigerator
ventilation, the specifications of the
required ventilation cross-section must
be complied with.
– The compressor and condenser are
ventilated through an opening that
must be present on the lower side of
the kitchen cabinet (size of opening:
200 cm ).
