The Control Unit CKA4820 is delivered with the factory settings described below.
Section 4.3 describes the individual functions of the DIP switches and the
corresponding assignment to the interfaces.

The white area identifies the switch position. White at the bottom means ON.
DIP switch SW401: switches 3, 6 at bottom
TTY interface (COM1B)
DIP switch SW301: switches 1, 3, 5, 6, 8 at bottom
RS485 interface (COM2)
Terminating resistor: ON
Audible signal transmitter: ON
DIP switches SW1, SW2: all switches at top
(Changing of switch positions will cause malfunctioning !)
