Programming must only be carried out by authorized technical personnel.
The control unit and telemetry interfaces are partially set using DIP switches. Note
that the top switch position is OFF, and the bottom position is ON.
Changes to the DIP switches SW401 and SW301 become effective immediately.
Since the switches are located inside the unit, you require a Philips screwdriver
(not included in delivery) in order to remove the left-hand side cover (when viewed
from the front):
Proceed as follows:
1. Remove the four Philips screws on the left of the housing (when viewed from
the front of the control unit).
2. Remove the plastic cap at the side.
3. Remove the plastic side panel.
4. Assemble the unit again in the reverse order.
DIP switches: The functions of the Control Unit CKA4820 are defined by the
settings of the DIP switches (Section 4.1).
Menu: the default settings in the menu are identified by square brackets in Fig. 24
and Fig. 25.
The device is preset such that operation is possible with previously defined functions. Please refer to
Section 4.2 for the preset functions.
