NOTE:
By standard, the pump is equipped with two pressure ports with 1/2" BSP female
rota�ng swivel nuts. Op�onal, as an accessory, a set of threaded adapters is
available.

4.3 Func�on
The pressure comparison test pump is operated by actua�on of the priming pump and the locking
lever. Using the priming pump, the system (calibra�on circuit) can be bleeded and flushed. For
bleeding the system, the locking lever remains open, therewith the fluid (opera�on medium) can
be pumped through the whole calibra�on circuit. For genera�ng the test pressures, the locking
lever is to be closed and using the priming pump a pressure of about 5...10 bar (max. 20 bar) is
generated. Turning the handwheels (star-handle) of the spindle pump clockwise, high pressure
values can be generated, turning the spindle pump an�-clockwise, releases the pressure.
5. Transport, packaging and storage

5 .1 Transport

Check the model
have been caused by transport.
Obvious damage must be reported immediately.

5.2 Packaging

Do not remove packaging un�l just before moun�ng.
Keep the packaging as it will provide op�mum protec�on during transport (e.g. change in
installa�on site, sending for repair).

5.3 Storage

Permissible condi�ons at the place of storage:
• Storage temperature: -10...+50°C
• Humidity: 35...85% rela�ve humidity
