Training and operating instructions
Main menu

Users

In this menu, you determine the user and the respective user
data and settings, which are then valid for the next training
and which user is displayed upon the next switch-on of the
appliance.
An example:
(Active) Upcoming training as "Guest"
(Standard) "User 1" is to be displayed upon next switch-on
This setting is stored until the next modification is carried out.
By pressing "Back" you skip to the main menu.
Pressing "Select" on an active user highlighted in white will
open the respective sub menu.
By pressing "Training" you will skip to the standard training
programme of this user.
By pressing "Standard" the user highlighted in white is dis-
played upon the next switch-on of the appliance.

Users - > Selecting a user
Pressing "Select" on a highlighted user will open the sub
menu "User 1". In this menu you will find 3 sub menus:
User data
Enter user-related data here.
Default settings
Here you enter information on displays, functions and training
values and you adjust pulse values
Training data
Overall training data is displayed here.
Users - > User 1 - > User data
Pressing "Select" in the menu item "User data" will open the
sub menu "User data: User 1". Enter the user-related data
here.
User 1 - > User data
In diesem Menü geben Sie die Persondaten ein.
• The name replaces "User 1"
• The age influences the values of the pulse default setting
• The height influences the B.M.I. calculation
• The weight influences the B.M.I. calculation
• The gender has no influence currently
The "BMI" value is calculated on the basis of your data.
User data -> Entering the name
Pressing "Select" in the menu item "Name" will open the sub
menu "Entering the name"..
Note:
User 1-4 must be deleted beforehand.
