Using the menu

Chose menu items by means of the function keys
At the bottom of the display you can see the functions, which
can be selected by means of the function keys. In this case:
"Train" and "Select"
By pressing the "Train" key, the programme "Count
Up" is opened, or if already occupied, your stan-
dard programme. You can now start your workout.
The "Select" key opens the menu "Programmes"
and the various programme areas are displayed.
Select the menu items by means of the navigation keys
The navigation keys enable the user to switch from one menu
item to another: e.g. in the menu "Settings"
The navigation keys enable the user to switch from

The navigation keys "Up" and "Down" switch the
menu items in vertical direction, e.g. from "Conversion
Summer/Winter Time" to "Date format".
The navigation keys "Left" and "Right" switch the
menu items in horizontal direction, e.g. from
"Date" to "Day" to "Month".
Changing values or settings by means of the - / + key
You can change the values or settings, e.g. adjust the date in
the menu "Adjustments - > Time and Date" by means of the
"Minus" or "Plus" key.
By pressing the "Minus" or "Plus" key you can
alter the current date, e.g. from 17 to 18. If you
press "Back", the date is adopted and the menu
returns to the previous overview.
or
By pressing the "Minus" or "Plus" key you can
alter the settings, e.g. "Conversion
Summer/Winter Time" from auto to off.
