Unterhalb der ZMIOO befindet sich ein Papierfilter, der die Luft fiir die Motorkuhlung
sauber halten soil.
Das Zusetzen des Papierfilters und das damit verbundene Wechselintervall ist abhangig von
der Staubbelastung am Aufstellungsort Ihrer ZM 100. Das Wechselintervall kann aus diesem
Grund von Retsch nicht vorgegeben werden.
Deshalb mufi der Papierfilter monatlich uberpruft und gegebenenfalls gewechselt
werden.
Der ZM100 ist fiir den ersten Wechsel ein Papierfilter beigelegt und weitere sind unter der
Bestell Nr. 03.742.0012 bei Retsch erhaltlich.

Bei nicht rechtzeitigem Papierfilterwechsel reduziert sich der Luftdurchsatz fiir die
Motorkuhlung und die Standzeit des Motors. Zudem kann die zu hohe Motorerwarmung zu
einer verstarkten Mahlguterwarmung fuhren. In Extremfallen schaltet der
Uberlastungsschutz den Motor ab.
Maintenance
Located underneath the ZM 100 is a paper filter provided to clean the motor cooling air. i
How quickly the paper filter clogs and the length of the replacement interval will depend on
the amount of dust suspended in the air at the ZM 100 operating location. This makes it
impossible for Retch to specify a fixed replacement interval.
Consequently the paper filter shall be inspected once a month and replaced as
necessary.
A spare paper filter is enclosed to the ZM 100 to take care of the first replacement.
Additional filters maybe obtained from Retsch under order No. 03.742.0012.

• Laythe ZM 100 on its side.
• Unscrew the three screws SI.
Remove the plate Bl and replace the filter.

If the paper filter is not replaced in good time, then the motor cooling air throughput will be
restricted and the motor's service life will consequently be reduced.
In addition, excessive motor heating can result in increased temperatures at the product
being ground. In extreme cases the overload switch will shut down the motor.

Entretien
En-dessous du ZM 100 se trouve un filtre papier qui est destine a tenir propre Pair pour le
refroidissement du moteur.
Le colmatage du filtre papier et l'intervalle de remplacement depend de la charge en
poussieres au lieu d'implantation de votre ZM 100. Pour cette raison, l'intervalle de
remplacement ne peut pas etre indique par Retsch.
Ainsi, il faut verifier le filtre papier tous les mois et le remplacer, le cas echeant.
Pour le premier remplacement, vous trouverez ci-joint un filtre papier. Vous pouvez
commander les filtres suivants sous la ref. n° 03.742.0012 chez Retsch.

• Devisser les trois vis SI
Enlever la tole Bl et remplacer le filtre
Si le filtre en papier n'est pas remplace a temps, le debit d'air pour le refroidissement moteur
diminue reduisant ainsi la duree de vie du moteur. '
En outre, une surchauffe du moteur peut conduire a un echauffement renf orce de la matiere
en broyage. Dans des cas extremes, la protection contre les surcharges coupe le moteur.
