Test the voltage supply.
Check the line connection and cables, and exchange.
Check fuse.
Check voltage, change fuse.
Inform customer service.
Contact local PC/laptop service.

Contact manufacturer if re-installation of wheel alignment program
is necessary.
Re-start the PC/laptop.
