• When the System LED of the CMD600 starts to flash red at intervals of 5s,
the Boot Loader has been activated. The Boot Loader then waits 10
seconds for the firmware update program to start. If this does not occur
within the next 10 seconds, the CMD600 automatically cancels the
procedure and returns to measurement mode.
Example command for loading the firmware "FW_2_0_HW_04_10_2_10.hex":
ethFlash FW_2_0_HW_04_10_2_10.hex 10.60.250.78 e
When the firmware has been successfully transmitted, the following message
appears:
"UniAmp 10.60.250.78 Flashed SUCCESFULLY"
Press any key to end the firmware transmission. The CMD600 automatically
switches back to measurement mode. You must then reset the original IP
address in your PC.
Tip:
In order to simplify connection setup and address setting during the firmware
update, a second network card can be used (also externally via USB if
necessary).
