Functional Overview

Remote Control

AUDIO DIRECT
– switches video output on and
off during audio disc playback
– turns the pages of
DVD-Audio still pictures
– use to select from 3 different
brightness levels
SOUND MODE
– selects a sound mode: Stereo,
Virtual Surround or Multi-channel
– changes the SA-CD
TOP MENU/RETURN
– displays the top-level disc
– moves back to the previous
– accesses the disc's menu
– switches PBC on/off
– (left/right/up/down) selects an
item in the currently displayed
– acknowledges the menu
– searches backward*
– moves to the previous chapter
– stops playback
– starts playback
– pauses playback temporarily
– frame-by-frame playback
* Press and hold button for about two seconds.
