I/O INTERFACE TYPE 1 In=[AUTO-PP]\[PED] Out=AUX:
Input
By using the inputs IN1-COM or IN2-COM, the following commands will be
activated:
IN1-COM:
(NO opto-isolated input) Activates the
AUTO-PP command (open-close)
IN2-COM:
(NO opto-isolated input) Activates the PED command
(pedestrian opening)
Output
Two outputs are available with AUX functions (which can be activated simultaneously
by each radio control encoded as AUX - monostable 3" ON):
24V+

FLASHING LIGHT:
The operation of each flashing light is defined by the control unit according
to the settings of the configurable parameters.
FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS (PARAMETERS)
AUTOMATIC MODE:
Using both the radio control and control accessories connected to the
BUS with AUTO-PP function to activate the barrier, the following operating
modes are performed:
the first control pulse activates opening through to the opening limit switch;
the second pulse activates barrier closure; if a command is sent during the
OPEN phase, the control unit ignores this; if a command is sent during the
CLOSE phase, the unit inverts barrier travel.

AUTOMATIC CLOSURE:

The control unit can be set up to close the barrier automatically without
sending any additional commands.

IMPORTANT: In STOP status (e.g.: step-by-step command, photocell in
STOP, stop due to obstacle detection, key switch in STOP, I/O board with
STOP input) automatic closing is not allowed. In this case, a further opening
or closing command is always required..
PEDESTRIAN OPENING (PASS DOOR)
Using both the radio control (encoded as PED) and control accessories
connected to the BUS with the PED function, pedestrian opening mode
is activated on the barrier; in the case of double barrier installations, the
Master barrier is opened completely while the slave barrier remains closed.
CAUTION: Enabled only on MASTER/SLAVE installations (see para.
MASTER/SLAVE)
STOP:
The control unit allows the connection of accessory control devices to
the BUS with STOP function (e.g.: step-by-step command, photocell
in STOP, stop due to obstacle detection, key switch in STOP, I/O board
with STOP input, 8K2 input). Pressing this pushbutton irrespective of the
current operating phase of the control unit will immediately stop movement.
A further motion command will be valid provided the stop command has
been disabled.
If an AUTO-PP command is sent, the barrier is always activated in OPENING
mode.
PHOTOCELLS:
The control unit enables the power supply and connection of ONE digital
photocells in accordance with directive EN 12453. By setting operation of
the single RX (receiving) photocell via the relative dip-switch on the board
(para. SETTING THE ACCESSORY OPERATION MODE), the following
operating modes will be enabled:
RX PHOTOCELL TYPE 1 "ON CLOSE":
If the photocell is engaged on closing, it activates complete inversion
(opening) of the barrier.
The photocell is not active during opening.
RX PHOTOCELL TYPE 2 "ON OPEN":
If the photocell is engaged on opening, it stops the barrier until it is
disengaged (restarts opening).
The photocell is not active during closing.
RX PHOTOCELL TYPE 3 "ON OPEN+CLOSE":
If the photocell is engaged on opening, it stops the barrier until it is
disengaged (restarts opening).
If engaged on closure, it activates complete inversion (opening) of the
