PIZZA STONE

The stone retains the heat for a long
time, transfers it evenly to the dough
and absorbs the moisture. The pas-
try whis has been baked on the
stone is airy and has a crispy crust.
• Place the stone on the grill grate in
the
middle
or lower levels. Do not
place the cold stone on the hot
grate.
• Choose the pizza program F--7
(lower heating element + hot air) if
you prefer no other program. Set
the maximum temperature.
• Preheat the oven with the stone.
The warm-up time depends on the
initial temperature of the inner
chamber and the kitchen tempera-
ture.
• For easy removal of the baking
from the stone and a crunchy pas-
try, you can pour some flour (corn,
rice, wheat or rye whole grain) on
the stone.
• Place the baked goods on the
stone.
• Bake until ready and follow the
common sence and instructions on
the packaging of ready meals.
• Leave the stone on the grid until it
cools completely.
• Use a spatula to clean the leftovers
from the stone surface.
• The remaining oil helps to preserve
the stone and form a protective
film.
• Do not use dishwashing detergent.
Wash the pizza stone with water,
avoid prolonged contact with water.
• After cleaning, place the stone
back in the oven and cook other
dishes with it. It brings in the effect
of a stone oven.
