Danger of explosion due to sparking!
When loosening parts that have become firmly attached due to corrosion or other causes,
sparks can form and may lead to an explosion.
Do not use force to loosen the corroded parts in an explosive atmosphere.
Use non-sparking tools in the explosive area.
Danger of injury caused by falling of the useful load!
With a vertical installation position of the cylinder valve unit, a suspended load can fall when
the compressed air supply is switched off.
Always secure the area below a suspended load.
Danger of burns caused by hot surfaces!
The valve, cylinder and adjacent system parts are heated during continuous operation.
Contact with these surfaces can result in burns.
Allow the system part and the cylinder valve unit to cool before you inspect, clean,
service, or remove the cylinder valve unit.
Do not touch the cylinder valve unit or adjacent system parts while the cylinder valve unit
is in operation.

If you change the piston speed or moved mass:
Readjust the cushioning.
An optimally adjusted cushioning reduces stress on the
cylinder and system vibrations. Additionally, cylinder speeds
can be optimized and the precision of your application
increased.
