Danger of explosion due to exceeded limits!
Explosion protection is no longer guaranteed when specified limits are exceeded.
The limits and requirements resulting from the technical data must be observed during
installation of the cylinder valve unit (see "Technical Data" on page 77).
The installation requirements specified in these operating instructions must be observed
(see section 7.2).
During installation, eliminate the chance of any operation of the cylinder valve unit that
deviates from the limits and is thus impermissible.
Danger of explosion in unsuitable atmospheres!
Explosion protection is no longer guaranteed if the ambient air contains aggressive
substances.
Only use the cylinder valve unit in non-aggressive industrial atmospheres.
If the ambient air contains aggressive substances, you must contact AVENTICS GmbH to
determine whether operation is still possible. The address is printed on the back cover of
these instructions.
7 Assembly

7.1

Unpacking the cylinder valve unit

1. Let the cylinder valve unit acclimatize for several hours before
installation to prevent water from condensing in the housing.
2. Remove the packaging. Make sure that impurities do not enter
the system.
3. Check the cylinder valve unit for any damage caused during
transport.
Do not install a damaged product. Return the damaged
cylinder valve unit and delivery documents to AVENTICS (the
address is printed on the back cover of these instructions).
