Danger of explosion due to incorrect mounting!
Incorrect mounting of the cylinder valve unit in an explosive area can cause sparks to form.
The cylinder valve unit then becomes an ignition source and can cause explosions.
The cylinder valve unit may only be installed in a pressure and voltage-free state.
Only qualified personnel (trained specialists) may install the cylinder valve unit in a
system.
Observe the applicable safety regulations.
Always observe national installation regulations during assembly in explosive areas.
Only use non-sparking tools if you need to factor in the presence of an explosive
atmosphere during assembly.
Danger of explosion due to additional equipment!
The installation of additional equipment in the system can lead to new ignition hazards that
present an explosion hazard.
Make sure that the installation of new equipment in the system does not create new
ignition hazards.
Take all additional equipment in the system into account when equalizing potentials.
Danger of injury due to escaping compressed air!
When lines or valves are loosened in pressurized systems, compressed air can escape at a
high level of force and lead to injuries, especially to the eyes.
Always wear goggles when performing tasks on the cylinder valve unit.
Make sure that the relevant system parts are not under pressure before beginning
assembly.
Never loosen lines or valves on pressurized systems.
Danger of injury due to unintended system activation!
If the system is unintentionally activated during assembly, moving parts can lead to injury.
Make sure that all relevant system parts are free of voltage.
Protect the system against being switched on.
