Contractual guarantee
- These guarantee provisions do not exclude the legal guar-
antee conditions that the purchaser of the equipment may
benefit from with regards to hidden and latent defects
that apply in any case within the terms of Articles 1641
and following of the civil code.
- The guarantee period is 2 years as from the date of instal-
lation or purchase any cannot exceed 30 months from the
date of manufacture in the absence of proof.
- The guarantee covers the exchange or the supply of
defective parts to the exclusion of any damages.
- All labour, travel and transport costs are the responsibili-
ty of the user.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, a power
supply that is not compliant with the NF EN 50160 stan-
dard, abnormal use or non-compliance with the require-
ments of this manual are not covered by the guarantee.

Validity of the guarantee
The validity of the guarantee is subject to the installation
and the setting of the appliance by a professional installer,
the use and the maintenance being carried out in accor-
dance with the instructions given in our manuals and the
servicing of the appliance by a qualified professional in the
first year of use after its installation.
- This certificate is only required when lodging a complaint
with the distributor or your installer, and must be accom-
panied by your invoice.
No compensation may be requested for damages, for any
reason whatsoever. As part of our ongoing effort to
improve our equipment, any changes deemed necessary by
our technical and sales departments, may occur without
notice.
The specifications, dimensions and information contained in
our documents are given as a guide only and our not bind-
