Troubleshooting

You have to wait at least 2 hours to get a stable temperature.
Depending on your installation, you may find that the real temperature is different to the one dis-
played on your appliance. In this case, you can calibrate the displayed temperature.
Refer to the "Calibrating the temperature" paragraph on page 28.
Check that the COMFORT mode is activated.
Make sure that the installation's circuit breakers or that the load-shedding device (if you have one) has
not cut the appliance's power supply. Check the room's air temperature: if it is too high, the appliance
won't heat.
- Check that you are in COMFORT mode.
- Make sure that your appliance is only heating one room (door closed).
- If there is something placed in front of the appliance, remove it.
- The thermostat is set too high for cooling or too low for heating: change the displayed temperature
by pressing
or
.
- There is no filter located under the appliance: contact After Sales or your installer.
If the problem persists, contact After Sales. Ask your installer to change the weather dependent set-
point parameters.
Check that the appliance is not placed in a draught or that the temperature settings have not been
changed.
There may be a fluctuation in the electrical network. If there is a problem, cut the appliance's power
supply (fuse, circuit breaker) for about 10 minutes then turn it on again. If the same problem occurs fre-
quently, get your power supply checked by your energy distributor.
This is normal. The appliance may heat to maintain an Eco temperature.
- There is no current: turn it on again (circuit breaker).
- Turn the appliance on by pressing
- Otherwise, contact After Sales or your installer.
This may be due to a component failure, a power surge or an electric overload: turn off the power
immediately and contact After Sales.
- The filter is dirty: clean the air filter.
- If there is something placed in front of the appliance, remove it.
- The noise comes from the water circulating: this results from the installation and does not mean the
appliance is faulty.
- The appliance's fan always operates at maximum speed. Ask your installer to change the weather
dependent setpoint parameters.
If the noise persists, contact After Sales.
There may be a slight delay between when the window is opened and when the heating stops.
If this delay seems too long, you can manually stop the appliance from heating.
Dirty marks are related to poor air quality. In this case, you are advised to check that the room is
properly aired (ventilation, air inlet, etc.), that the air is clean and do not smoke inside. These marks do
not warrant the replacement of the appliance under guarantee.
- the filter located under the appliance;
- the grid located at the bottom front of the appliance.
The air temperature probe or the water temperature probe is damaged: contact After Sales.
The requested temperature is not compatible with the current operating mode of the heat pump:
- The installation has just started up: the water in the pipes is not hot enough.Wait a few moments.
- The heat pump is operating in hot water mode: the appliance is not powered, the water is less and
less hot: wait for the end of the hot water production mode.
- The heat pump is in defrosting mode: wait a few moments until the signal lamp turns off.
- The requested temperature is constantly at its maximum: the appliance is not powerful enough for
the room: contact After Sales or your installer.
- Problem comes from your home's installation: insufficient water flow, too much pressure loss:
contact the installer.
In all cases, if the problem persists, contact After Sales or your installer.
