5/ Electric connections

Rules for connecting the appliance
- No electrical connections must be made in the hydraulic area.
- You must use a 230 V single-phase 50 Hz power supply.
- The appliance must be directly connected to the mains supply after the circuit breaker and with no intermediate switch.
- The appliance must be connected to the mains supply with its cable and via a connection box.
- This appliance is a class II appliance and must therefore not be connected to the earth. Do not connect the
pilot wire (black wire) to the earth.
- The installation must be equipped with an all-pole cut-off device with a contact opening distance of at least 3 mm.
- If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, their after sales service or by a similarly qualified per-
son.
- The electric and hydraulic circuits are separate to avoid any short circuits.
- Before connecting the appliance to the mains supply, make sure the voltage is the same as the one marked on the appliance's
identification plate.
- The appliance must be connected to the mains supply in compliance with the rules in force.

Cut the power and connect the wires as shown in the following diagram:
You must comply with the Phase and Neutral connections, otherwise the fan will rotate in the wrong direction, leading
to a loud noise and bad performance.
You can connect the pilot wire if your house is equipped with a central programming unit, a timer or a manager, or if your
generator is equipped with a compatible pilot wire output.
In this case, to make sure the programming commands are correctly sent, carry out the following checks for the various
modes (Comfort, Eco, etc.) :
