EVERY 50 HOURS OF WORK:
•
Grease the spin bars. See fig. 15.
•
Check the oil level of the multiplier using the relative cap. See fig. 15.
•
Check for any leaks in the hydraulic hoses and replace them if necessary.
EVERY 200 HOURS OF WORK:
•
Change the gearbox oil. See fig. 15.
•
Each time you change the oil, it must be collected and taken to the relevant disposal centres.
•
Put a sign on the machine indicating the particular situation:
"Out of service for maintenance: unauthorised personnel are prohibited from approaching and starting it"
Use personal protective equipment (work gloves) and suitable tools in a good condition, danger of cutting
Before carrying out any maintenance work on the hydraulic system, discharge the pressure in the circuit.
