IMPORTANT: If you notice a vibration, stop the
tractor immediately, immediately check the
shredder for missing or damaged flails or blades.
In the event they are missing or just one blade is
broken, immediately replace with original
PERUZZO flails or blades.
IMPORTANT: The collector must always be
unloaded on flat ground, never sloping, to avoid
overturning. Proceed slowly to gain insight into
the operation of the machine.
These operations must be carried out by the
driver of the vehicle.
Check the machine is in a good condition, the
safety devices are in the correct position and
working.
Check that the hydraulic hoses to the tractor are connected correctly.
Learn the meaning and the use of the operating controls.
Inspect the ground before using the machine in order to detect and remove any obstacles (stones, iron wire, protruding
manhole covers, etc.).
Make sure the PTO shaft is CE marked and in good condition, and that the plastic guard is not damaged.
Check the length of the shaft (fig. 06).
Connect the cardan shaft to the tractor's PTO and then to the machine, respecting the direction of rotation and
mounting direction highlighted on the cardan, making sure that the safety catch has clicked.
Attach the retaining devices (chains) to the appropriate points.
Tractor engagement
5.3.
The entire connection operation on the tractor must be done on flat ground.
Attaching the machine to the tractor is a very hazardous
operation: be very careful and follow the steps outlined
below.
_ Attach the bars of the tractor lifter, placing them inside the
plates of the machine (see fig.07).
_ Switch off the tractor engine, remove the ignition key, activate
the parking brake and engage the gear, then get off the
vehicle (check that the power take-off is disengaged).
_ Insert the pin and lock it with the snap-on safety catches.
_ Attach the cardan joint and make sure it is locked to the PTO.
