Der TELE PACK X ist ein Kombinationsgerät
bestehend aus einer Lichtquelle zur Ausleuchtung,
Kamerakontrolleinheit zur Bildverarbeitung
und Dokumentation sowie einem Monitor zur
Visualisierung. Er ist geeignet für die endoskopische
Diagnostik, für chirurgische Eingriffe sowie für die
Stroboskopie.
Der TELE PACK X LED darf nur mit Zubehör
verwendet werden, die KARL STORZ für das
Gerät als geeignet bezeichnet. Die Verwendung
des Produktes anders als oben bestimmt ist aus
Sicherheitsgründen nicht zulässig. Eigenmächtige
Umbauten oder Veränderungen des TELE PACK X
LED sind aus Sicherheitsgründen untersagt.
Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf das
Medizinprodukt beziehen, sind derzeit nicht
bekannt. Der verantwortliche Arzt muss
anhand des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten
entscheiden, ob die vorgesehene Anwendung
erfolgen kann.
Der TELE PACK X LED darf nur von Ärzten und
medizinischem Assistenzpersonal angewendet
werden, die über eine entsprechende fachliche
Qualifikation verfügen und am Gerät eingewiesen
sind.
The TELE PACK X is a combination unit comprising
a light source for illumination, Camera Control Unit
(CCU) for image processing and documentation as
well as a monitor for visualization. It is intended for
endoscopic diagnostic and surgical procedures as
well as for stroboscopy.
The TELE PACK X LED must only be used with
accessories which are stated as being suitable by
KARL STORZ. Use of the product for purposes
other than those described above is not allowed
for safety reasons. Unauthorized conversions
or modifications to the TELE PACK X LED are
prohibited for safety reasons.
No contraindications relating directly to the
medical device are currently known. The
responsible physician must decide whether the
foreseen application is admissible based on the
general condition of the patient.
The TELE PACK X LED must only be used by
physicians and medical assistants who have a
corresponding specialized qualification and who
have been instructed in the use of the device.
