15. Control Console with Automatic Emergency Device GE 803 (Accessory)
– Inside the control console there is installed an automatic emergency device GE 803, an emergency stop button and an audible annunciator.
– Works as alternative power source when the net fails.
– The net is permanent watched. If the net fails, the genset starts automatically and delievers power to the consumer.
– The Automatic emergency device controls the diesel engine and watchs the generator tension quality. In case of failures the engine stops.
– The Automatic emergency device is connected to the switch box with 16 pin plug.
– The generator tension comes in a 5 pole cable from the main switch in the generator switchbox to the automatic emergency device.
– The Automatic emergency device should only connected if the engine control unit stand on "0". At the same time the circuit breaker F5 in the generator switch box must set to "off". The preflame
device is so out of function.
– The circuit breaker F 5 must switched "on" again, if the genst should be driven without the automatic emergency device.
– For genset use without the automatic emergency device disconnect the 16 pin plug and 5 pole cable.
Attention! The control lamp "preheat" flashs at the use of the automatic emergency device, but this means not a failure. Please ignore.
– The emergency stop buttons at the automatic emergency device and in the generator switch box stops the engine instant.
– The fuel tank reserve can be checked throug pushing the button right from the tank indicator.
– When servicing the automatic emergency device GE 803, make use of the corresponding documentation that is being part of the delivery set.
