Main Parts
A)Frying well: in stainless steel.
B)Drain tap: for draining the oil from the well.
C)Heating element control knob: for setting the
heating power.
D)Door: for accessing the inside of the appliance
E)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is re-
ceiving electrical power.
F) Temperature light: to indicate that heating of the
oil in the well is in progress.
G)Basket hanger support: to support the basket
while foods are being drained.

SAFETY DEVICES
Although the appliance is complete with all safety
devices, during installation and connection addi-
tional devices must be added if necessary to com-
ply with the relevant legal requirements.
A)Safety thermostat: cuts off the electricity supply
in case of overheating.
Important
There are no indicator devices to signal
that the thermostat has been tripped.
Caution - warning
Make a daily check that the safety devices are
properly installed and in good working order.
