Procedures
A. Remove Magnetic Clamp from the Flexel
3D LevMix Bags for Drum-tank assembly
before coupling. To remove the magnetic
clamp, reach underneath the drive port and
carefully pull the magnetic clamp until it is
free from the bag-tank assembly. Return the
magnetic clamp to the supplied Accessories
Box for future use.
B. Make sure that the superconductive
levitation drive and railed port match. If the
drive has single locking latch it works only
with 8" port. If the drive has two locking
latches it can work with 8" port and 15"
port. Determine what unit you have then
determine what port size you have by
measuring the port size as shown on Fig. 7.
For the double latch unit use the latch that
is closer to the control box for 15 "port and
the other latch for 8"port, see Fig. 7
C. Shift the latch toward the control box
slightly, (as shown in the first segment of
Figure 8).
D. Carefully press down on the drive handle
and raise the front wheels off the ground
(as shown on the second segment of the
Figure 8)
E. Align the guide bearings with the guide
rails on the drive port.
F. Roll the superconductive drive unit along
the rails all the way until the bearings are
caught in the well located at the dead end
of the rails.
G. Using the drive unit handle, raise the
superconductive drive unit to an upright
position. While holding the drive unit in this
position shift the latch toward the dolly|
tank so that the cross bar rests on the
grooves in the guide rails (as shown in the
forth segment of Figure 8).
Do not attempt to move the Dolly with the
Drive Unit Handle when assembled. It may
damage the superconducting drive unit.
Always use the dolly push handle to move
the Dolly or Dolly|Drive Unit assembly.
Do not put fingers under Locking Lever
when locking the Drive Unit onto the Dolly.
