KESSELPLATTE (A)
Die Abdeckplatte des Feuerraums wie in (A)
gezeigt vorbohren. Die Position der Gewinde-
bohrungen kann mit der zur Grundausstattung
gehšrenden Isolierplatte ermittelt werden.
FLAMMROHRL€NGE (B)

Die LŠnge des Flammrohrs wird entsprechend
der Angaben des Kesselherstellers gewŠhlt
und mu§ in jedem Fall grš§er als die StŠrke
der KesseltŸr einschlie§lich feuerfestes Mate-
rial sein. Es gibt drei unterschiedliche Flam-
menrohrlŠngen verfŸgbar:

BOILER PLATE (A)
Drill the combustion chamber locking plate as
shown in (A).
The position of the threaded holes can be
marked using the thermal screen supplied with
the burner.
BLAST TUBE LENGTH (B)

The length of the blast tube should be
selected in relation to indications provided by
the boiler manufacturer and, in any case,
should be greater than the thickness of the
boiler door complete with refractory material.
Three different blast tube lengths are availa-
ble:

For boilers with front ßue passes as shown in
15)(A)p.18 or a ßame inversion chamber, the
space between the front plate quarl 17) and
the burner blast tube must be properly sealed
with an appropriate refractory material 16).
Afterwards, it must still be possible to pull out
the blast tube.

PLAQUE CHAUDIERE (A)
Percer la plaque de fermeture de la chambre de
combustion comme sur la Þg.(A). La position
des trous ÞletŽs peut •tre tracŽe en utilisant le
joint bride Þxation bržleur.

La longueur de la buse est choisie selon les
indications du constructeur de la chaudi•re et
doit, de toutes fa•ons, toujours •tre plus
grande que lÕŽpaisseur de la porte de la chau-

Pour les chaudi•res ayant des retours fumŽes
sur l'avant 15)(A)p.18, ou avec chambre ˆ
inversion de ßamme, effectuer une protection
en matŽriau rŽfractaire 16), entre rŽfractaire
chaudi•re 17) et t•te bržleur.
La protection ne doit pas emp•cher dÕextraire
la t•te de combustion.
